For the BearVille Forum Member Contests, you'll have to notify a Staff about the Contest you are going to Host conducting- What the Contest is About/How it works, Prizes, and any other important stuff that the Staff may have to know. Now, your Contest must be approved by the Staff saying that your Contest is approved or declined. Be patient of the waiting, if it takes more than a week for the Staff to reply, I would reccomend you to tell another Staff. After the Staff has replied, the reply contains when you will be able to Host this Contest since we do not want many Member Contests going on at the same time. We want it to be exciting for all the members.
The BVF Staff will not tolerate any cheating on Contests, as it may cause trouble. We hope to host Contests that will not cause any arguments.
